At DuckMarket, we sell digital products (ebooks) that are tailored to your specific device model. Once your purchase is complete, you will receive an ebook that matches the phone model you selected at checkout.

No refunds will be issued after the purchase is completed, for any of the following reasons :

· You changed your mind.
· You downloaded the wrong file (please double‑check your phone model before buying).
· You are not satisfied with the content (we encourage you to read the product description carefully before purchasing).

Why no refunds ?
Because the ebook is a digital file. Once you have downloaded it or the download link has been sent to your email, it is considered “delivered” – just like if you bought a physical book in a store, you cannot return it after reading it.

Exception (very rare) :
If the ebook is corrupted (cannot be opened or is unreadable), we will send you a new working file. If we cannot fix the issue within 48 hours, we will issue a full refund.
